I bet you do.
We all do.
No this isn’t fat shaming or body negativity.
We all need to get into better shape.
And how do we do that? We eat better, we move better and we think better.
What is “better”?
We already know. It’s no secret. But sometimes it takes a customised approach because we’re all unique little snowflakes.
But more importantly than a customised approach to getting better is a consistent approach.
You won’t get better if you just make a change for 1 day or 1 week. You also won’t get better if you do these things every now and then. You have to keep at it.
And there’s the rub.
In order to become your best self, you have to be disciplined and committed to the cause. Otherwise, why bother?
So just take what I’ve said and apply that to your SEO.
Even little steps each week and each month can and will add up to making a world of difference to your SEO – to the organic visibility of your website, app or video.
I find myself tweaking page titles often to better reflect changes in user behaviour and trends. I also make sure to revise my internal links as my site content changes. And I’m always looking at data in Search Console for any crawl or indexing errors – these affect visibility and are fires to put out immediately.
So when you hire an SEO person or begin SEO yourself, make sure you’re doing a little something to get better every day.
Think of it as your daily 30 minute walk.
It’s better than nothing and if you’re active even when others are being couch potatoes, you’re already winning. And you need to stay winning my kings and queens.
You know it makes sense.
